This is a beauty. We are it?s third owner. Bought it in May xxxx and have been remodeling it since. New hard wood floors, reupholstered couch, complete, new interior paint job. New custom made curtains. Remodeled interior, bedroom, converted twin to full bed with additional storage beneath and 10? memory foam mattress with sheets included. Converted storage over couch into electronic storage area, Bluetooth equipped for wireless video/audio transmission. New marine quality stereo speakers. Portable satellite antenna/receiver, Brand new A/C installed, AC to DC inverter, stereo amplifier all included. Replaced all vents, the mains with Fantastic Fan Vents with rain sensors. The tires are new and the hitch is included. The refrigerator, water heater and furnace all work. The AC works but we don?t use it because condensation, over time, spills on our hardwood floors. We originally planned this to be our mobil home, splitting time between No CA and No KY visiting family. This has not worked out as planned, we?ve fallen out of love with the idea and find the RV life too confining, plus remodeling costs have taxed our resources.
